Hi! I'm Rory, a professional nanny with over eight years of experience caring for children from newborns through teenagers. My background includes private nannying, teaching preschool and kindergarten at a homeschool co-op, and most recently caring for five boys ranging from 10 months to 12 years old five days a week. I'm passionate about helping children build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy self-expression while creating a safe, structured, and joyful environment where they can thrive. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and encouraged to become exactly who they're meant to be. Before returning to childcare, I served in the U. S. Coast Guard in Search and Rescue and Crisis Communications, where I developed composure, communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness. I would love to be considered to care for your family.
