About Rory

Hello! I'm a dedicated and experienced caregiver and tutor for children of a variety of ages and personalities. I'm passionate about cultivating curiosity, responsibility, and empathy in children while providing attentive and engaging care. I'm a very active person and love to spend time outdoors or enjoying the cultural offerings in New York. I have a BA from Wesleyan University and am currently pursuing my MA at the New School. I'm very comfortable helping with schoolwork and enjoy bringing my intellectual curiosity to my work as a childcare provider. I'm also a trained modern dancer and enjoy reading, biking, and cooking in my free time. I have my own car and drivers license and am happy to help with light housework as well. Available to start ASAP and continue into school year.
