Tina/Roni did not show up to her job 3 days out of the 8 days we had her scheduled to work. She told me repeatedly that she NEVER missed a day of work no matter what. She volunteered this information repeatedly and it was a cover for the fact that at the littlest excuse she would say she can't show up. Her behavior was very unprofessional. She also gave my dad unauthorized beverages without okaying it with me first and tried to exercise him without knowing or asking where his pain areas were. Overall, Tina is unreliable and untruthful; not a trustworthy person, which is required when given the responsibility to care for my sweet father.
