About Ronechea

I have experience working as a Senior Caregiver where I provided compassionate, hands-on support to elderly clients with a variety of needs. My responsibilities included assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation and medication reminders. I also provided companionship, which I believe is just as important-- engaging in conversation, activities, and making sure my clients felt comfortable and valued. I'm attentive to changes in behavior or health and make sure to communicate any concerns with family members or healthcare providers. I have experience working with seniors who have conditions like Dementia and Mobility Challenges, so I understand the importance of patience, safety and maintaining a calm environment. My goal is always to promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every client I care for.
