About Ronda

I am a mother of three successful college students looking for part time work. I have two years experience as a teacher assistant at the Pre School level and another 10 years experience as a certificated teacher assistant where I taught K-3rd graders. I am kind, dependable, patient and caring. Prior to working in education I worked primarily in customer service. I am a person of character and integrity who gets along with people. I'd describe my personality as positive, happy and kind. I like working with kids because they bring joy to my life. I love to help kids learn and provide them with a positive experience and life skills needed to be successful. I'm looking for a job that has a great family, great hours and appreciates excellent help. I am a good person. I genuinely try to be the best version of myself everyday and family is everything to me. My skills include communication, empathy and patience.
