My name is Ronaiya I am a 25-year-old EEC Certified childcare professional with 6 years of experience working with children in early childhood education. Throughout my experience, I have worked with different age groups and classroom settings, including roles as a Teacher Assistant and as a lead teacher in a toddler classroom. I am passionate about providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care for children in a home environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. I have experience supporting children's social, emotional, developmental, and educational needs, maintaining daily routines, and communicating effectively with families. I am also comfortable assisting with light household tasks related to the children.
