About Romy

Hi! My name is Romy, I'm from Seattle and studying at college in California. I love spending time with kids, and would be excited to get to know your child! I have over 7 years of experience providing childcare for over 35 families, babysitting children of all ages and a variety of social and emotional needs. I also have run a summer camp out of my backyard, worked as an educator for the Pacific Science Center's summer camp, tutored elementary school students in reading and writing, and assisted at a neighborhood art camp. I consider myself engaged, compassionate, warm, and positive in my approach to childcare. I enjoy art projects, playing outside, or participating in any activity your kid loves! I have a car and am comfortable driving, cooking, doing bedtime routines, etc. I am child and infant CPR and first aid certified, and of course will keep your child's safety as my top priority.
