About Roman

Hi I'm Roman! Working with children & children with disabilities is my passion! My experience in previous babysitting roles and experience working with children as a CNA and as an RBT, inspired me to pursue a career where I can make a meaningful impact on young lives. I am a patient, creative caregiver who loves to help teach skills through outdoor sports, educational games, and interactive technology. I hold First Aid Training, CPR Training, and previously worked as a CNA. I have Child Development training through my RBT certification, it allows me to provide thoughtful, informed care for children aged 1 to 11. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts. I prioritize clear communication, following your preferred method to share updates about your child's day. I am fully comfortable following your lead on household rules and look forward to supporting your family as a reliable helper in your child's development.
