Hello! My name is Romana, but I go by Mikee. I went to UCSD and majored in Psychology and minored in Education Studies. Right after undergrad, I served in the Peace Corps in Lesotho as a teacher. Unfortunately, I was only able to do that for about eight months due to covid. My many unique life experiences allow me to adapt to children's different learning styles which led me to become a teacher at heart. Lastly, I attended various camps from engineering camps to sailing camps when I was younger, so I'm always finding ways to be creative when teaching various subjects.
