About Rolanda

I am a reliable, detailed, and people oriented individual. Having worked in retail management for most of my life, I have excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, time management, and patience. I have adult children of my own and have a large family that was full of kids. I have been watching kids for as long as I remember. I am hoping to find a regular evening position Tues thru Thurs, but I would also love to be your night out go to. I do work a regular full-time job, so weekday hours before 430 p.m. or overnight are not something I can help with regularly. I am outgoing, fun, and great with different types of personalities. I do not drink, smoke, or do recreational drugs. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exploring our beautiful state.
