I make sure I engage with the kids as well as make sure if they happen to have an accident I immediately get that taken care of no matter what. I don't like being on my phone at all while I'm taking care of kids cause I know they are my first priority as well as yours. I'd describe my personality as energetic, patient, and friendly. I like working with kids because they always are spontaneous and free spirited. I resonate with that a lot since it takes me back to when I was a kid. I started working with kids when I was 12. I was an aunt at a very young age and I took care of my first niece like she was my kid. From then on I even took care of kids at the church that I attended during Sunday school and also family friends, their kids as well.

Roe has been the BEST nanny for our 9 month old. She has been with us for 6 months part time. She is very attentive, present (never on her phone!), and patient with our baby. She is even teaching her Spanish and helping her with her fine motor skills like standing and crawling. She never misses a diaper change and is always caring and calm when naptime tantrums come along. Highly recommend Roe!
