About Rodney

I'd describe my personality as motivated, energetic, spontaneous I like working with kids because I have always had a lot of nieces and nephews growing up and that helped me to see that sometimes when parents aren't around they really do need people around them. I think having someone to keep your kids company and someone your kids can trust and learn from is beneficial to both parents and child alike. I started working with kids when I was about 11. Me and my older brother were always taking care of our Nieces. I was young so at that age my brother was doing most of the work but I do think that experience has given me a better understanding of dealing with children. In my spare time, I like to exercise. I go to the gym multiple times a week usually after work. I have also been really into reading. One thing you should know about me is I am very well rounded. I have no issue doing whatever you need me to do. My skills include patience, understanding, gentleness
