About Rodkayleia

I have experience providing patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), supporting residents in a youth group home, and caring for children as a substitute teacher and childcare provider. I am currently attending nursing school to further my education and expand my knowledge of healthcare. I also have a Bachelor in Finance , which has strengthened my organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills. As a mother to an 8-year-old son, I understand the importance of patience, safety, structure, and creating a nurturing environment for children.
