I have worked with children in elementary, middle, and high school teaching Culinary Arts, have managed a staff of 145, worked with timelines and deadlines and am able to coordinate many projects at once. Growing up, I spent a great deal of time in Italy studying culinary arts, organic farming, and the art of preparing unadulterated food. Currently, I work with clients with special dietary restrictions and allergies; both young and old. My goal is to make your life easier and take care of all of your household tasks, and in return, you will have time to focus on the important things in life. Roddy has been an incredible addition to our family. We have 3 older kids - 12, 14 and 16 so we don't need a traditional babysitter but we do need an adult in the house, driving help and meal support. Roddy has been the perfect solution. He's a personal chef and his food is delicious. He does all of the planning, shopping, cooking and clean up. We went from meals being scattered chaos and a big stress point, to meals becoming enjoyable family time the 3 nights a week that he is with us. It's been pretty transformative for us actually.
