About Robyn

As a mom of 4 and a teacher of 25+ years, I naturally gravitate towards young people. I strive to create playful environments for children to develop academically, emotionally and socially. Through hands-on activities and meaningful engagement children will come to enjoy learning during my care! I am available for part-time and flexible childcare. In addition, I provide private Kindergarten readiness sessions and elementary tutoring. I've owned a private daycare and preschool in Royersford for 20 years, which we recently closed. Prior to that, I taught second grade in a local school district. Currently, I am a substitute in Spring Ford School District (as a certified Elementary Teacher) and work at the Royersford Public Library. I enjoy reading, hands on learning through play, crafts, and being outdoors ... in other words, I keep children engaged in worthwhile activities.
