About Robyn

I'm a professional fiction author with a passion for promoting literacy in young learners. I received my BS in Journalism from CU Boulder and my MA in Professional Creative Writing from the University of Denver, where I spent valuable time leading classroom discussions on topics in writing, as well as mastering the ability to critically analyze literature and other forms of written work through well-crafted essays. I spent three years living and working in China, where I gained experience working with English-language learners ranging from childhood to adulthood. I'm well-versed in standardized testing, having attended a highly ranked public high school in Austin, Texas, where I received exemplary scores on SAT, ACT, and AP tests. I have two younger sisters, to whom I used to read regularly and engage in my love of reading. I specialize in tutoring English, Writing, Essay Writing/Editing, Reading & Literacy, Reading Comprehension, SAT/ACT Prep, AP English III & IV, and Language Arts.
