About Robin

I'd describe my personality as friendly, engaging and fair. I like working with kids because I am a retired Special Education school teacher of 33 years working in the school district. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge pertaining to all ages of students. Students seem to like me as well as respect me because I have always been fair and I can relate to them. I'm looking for a job that is 4 to 6 hours a day in the morning between the hours of 5 a.m. and 12 noon. I also am looking for full time, about 35 hours a week. I am also available on Saturday and Sundays. I started working with kids in 1981 while a school teacher. In my spare time, I like to cook, read and go to music concert. One thing you should know about me is that I am fun to be around and I will surely make you laugh. My skills include being able to calm a child down when they are having a meltdown. Being able to entertain them with conversation and life stories and to protect them from harm.
