About Robin

I've been a stay at home Mom/ Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 + years. My oldest child is 30, and my youngest just turned 20. I am looking for part time caregiver position. I have worked with elderly care, handicapped, disabled, learning disabled, ADHD, special needs, of teenagers to senior citizens. My son was a quadriplegic at the age of 22, and I was his caregiver for almost 3 years. I have been trained in wound care, pressure sores, transferring patient to and from wheelchair, with and without Hoyer lift, bathing, dressing and feeding. I was Employed and vetted by the Illinois Dept. of Human Services, from May, 2015-January 2018. I was in charge of up to 8 caregivers, hiring, training, scheduling, under IDHS guidelines. I take pride in providing the best possible care, and knowing I am making a positive difference in peoples lives. I am flexible with any/all job duties as a care giver.
