About Robin

I consider it a privilege to assist families in caring for their loved ones. I have provided a wide range of services, from bathing, toileting, wheelchair transfer, medication management, medical equipment monitoring/cleaning, exercise, massage, companionship, meals, housekeeping/shopping, appointments & hospital bedside assistance, both as an individual and as part of a care team. I began caring for my terminally ill father and continued with my uncle as Alzheimer's overtook him. I've worked with clients from 65 to 105. One very special client was a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force who had Alzheimer's. He used to love country western music and I was able to get him moving and dance with him in his living room on a regular basis. I would engage him in 'tours' of his home and portrait artwork on the walls, and in his moments of clarity, he would tell me all about his fishing trips or the jets he used to fly. My clients are loved as my dearest friends. I live for moments like these.
