Hi There! I'm Robby, a Master of Social Work (MSW) student who is passionate about helping adults live more connected, independent, and meaningful lives. I have experience supporting autistic adults and working with older adults in senior communities focusing on building genuine relationships rooted in trust, respect, and empathy. I believe good care is about more than completing tasks. It's about understanding each person's unique needs, encouraging independence, and supporting the routines and activities that bring them joy. Whether that's conversation, errands, appointments, or creative activities, I aim to provide dependable, person-centered support. Families describe me as patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I'm also a musician and educator, and I value creativity and connection as important parts of well-being.
