About Robert

I like working with kids because they are creative, imaginative, and have a positive view on their surroundings. This is an important trait to further develop because it will help them lead a great future for themselves and others. I started working with kids when I was in Highschool. I was in early childhood development. This class was dedicated to caring for three to 5-year-old kids. Our tasks were to feed them at lunch time, take them out for recess, and teach lesson plans. My skills include communication, creativity, and patience. The importance of communication is to be clear and effective. Which helps build trust, and ensures their needs are met. Patience is also important. I value my ability to remain calm and composed. I'm looking for a job that provides making a difference in children's life, and compatibility with parents values. I think all of these will make me successful at the job because it brings joy to me when working with families with kids development in mind.
