I feel it's important to maximize the time spent with children. We had never had a nanny or babysitter before working with Berta. Berta came in when I needed to return to work after my 4 months of maternity leave. She has exceeded all expectations! She is warm, friendly, and a joy to be around. She very quickly fit right into our schedule, routine, and household. It feels so natural having her around. She comes up with new ways to keep the baby engaged, while also letting our 7-month-old enjoy independent play. I definitely see that our baby is thriving and meeting/exceeding her milestones since Berta keeps her active and learning.
