About Roberta

I am looking for a part time or full time caregiver or childcare position. I have a pretty extensive background in both childcare and geriatric care, and I have a passion for helping both communities! I have worked both in a childcare setting working with kids from infancy to teenage years with about 5 years of experience, as well as working in the retirement setting working with the geriatric community for about 5 years. I was in the Air Force as medic for a few years and from that, I have the knowledge and confidence to care for minor injuries and to provide basic EMS as well as having my CPR certification. I am comfortable with pets and I have reliable transportation! With any position I accept, I would be asking to bring my son along with me. He is an infant, but I see this as a great opportunity. He could be a great playmate and great for socialization on a smaller scale for other children and he could help provide great companionship for an elder in the community!
