Roberta served as a home aid and caregiver for my father after an intense health crisis. Roberta is both an incredible person and employee! She is punctual, has excellent communication (both in text and in person), was intuitive about my dad's needs and went above and beyond each day she was there. Not only did Roberta complete all the caregiving tasks we needed help with but she kept his apartment clean and tidy and provided much needed company during a very difficult time. My dad enjoyed their conversations, meals, outings and time spent watching movies together. I always felt at ease knowing Roberta was with him. Looking forward to staying in touch if we ever need a caregiver again. 10/10!!!!
