About Robann

(Please read to the bottom for important information) I have dedicated the past 11 years to a career I deeply love: professional nannying. My philosophy centers on fostering capable, confident, and curious children through a supportive, play-based approach. I champion independence, guiding children as they learn essential life skills like self-feeding, dressing, and developing self-trust to make positive choices. Inspired by a "free-range parenting" style, my goal is to nurture natural curiosity and a strong sense of autonomy. As a caregiver, I believe my primary role is to teach children how to be good humans. I model core values like respect, empathy, and compassion in all interactions, creating a supportive environment where both children and parents can thrive. I am thrilled to continue my career journey as a new mother and look forward to bringing my 1-year-old along with me as an enriching companion to the children in my care.
