I am a very interactive tutor. I frequently do math homework problems along with my students. I guide and help them with formal or creative writing assignments, and I help them with test preparation. I also like to teach and emphasize the importance of academic organizational skills and good study habits. I enjoy interacting with children of various ages and backgrounds, and I find the experience of tutoring to be a very rewarding one on both sides. My entire career has been devoted to contributing to the well being of children, in one way or another. My goal is to do my best to help my students realize their academic potential.

Rita has been working with our three boys for a couple of months now and we greatly appreciate her! She is patient and adaptable. Our boys like her and are happy to sit down with her to go through their homework and materials. I was really worried about our 7 year old as he is greatly behind in english - between Rita and his speech therapy, he's officially reading books now!!! His confidence has surged quite a bit - we greatly appreciate Rita and her tutoring services!
