I have over 5 years of experience serving as a certified, caring & hardworking Personal Care Aide. My main focus is connecting with patients and their families on a personal level which gains their trust allowing them to feel safe and comfortable. This allows for mutual respect, consistency, and empathy in all interactions I offer a complete range of personal care. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: * Transfer assistance in/out of wheelchairs, toilet, bed, etc. * Assist patients requiring help with feeding, toileting, and all other ADL care * Assure adequate nutrition and fluid intake * Support patients by providing basic housekeeping, running errands, and preparing meals * Transport patients to/from Dr. appointments, church, shopping and any other requested locations allowed by the patients health conditions. * Specialize in care for both ASD and Dementia
