About Riley

Hi there! My name is Riley and I am graduating in the Spring of 2025 with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I have a diverse childcare background of 7+ years that includes managing after-school programs, teaching art lessons, nannying, providing support to students with ASD as well as ADHD, and teaching in a Reggio-Emilia VPK classroom. I am trained in conscious discipline, meaning I prioritize understanding, empathy, and effective communication in my interactions with children. My academic background as well as my prior experience enable me to cater to the unique needs of children at each developmental stage. I am deeply committed to guiding children toward self-confidence, self-regulation, and resilience through instilling Social-Emotional skills. Currently a dedicated nanny, I am open to providing occasional care. I specialize in childcare for special events and I am honored to have provided help for over a dozen families on their special days. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
