About Riley

I'd describe my personality as flexible/adaptable, I like working with kids because they're creative and have so much life in them, there's more to learn from young spirits than anywhere else. They need guidance and patience with everything they do. I started working with kids when I was 13 babysitting, and helping the younger kids in the after school programs at my pre-k to 12 school. In my spare time, I like to spend my time outdoors, whether swimming, hiking, or playing sports I am always outside connecting with nature. One thing you should know about me is I have excellent organizational and communication skills. I always leave something/where better than how I found it. Patience when working with anyone, as I understand everyone learns and needs things done a certain way, and never ever judge any human for their actions.
