I'm Riley, I am a college student and I am looking for a flexible family that needs a reliable nanny! I'd love a long term position that is stable for both parties. I can provide morning support as early as needed up to about 10:30am, when I will be attending either my class that day or my second job (with another family). If you have early bird kiddos that need to get to school in a timely but smooth and calm manner, I'm your lady! My philosophy as a nanny is to treat every child with respect, dignity, and kindness as each human should be treated. I believe in the full potential of all children and I do my part everyday to encourage children and families to lead a fulfilling, fun, interesting life full of love and openness. With the children, I work as a team with parents to build their social emotional competency, motor skills, natural curiosity for learning, independence, and healthy attachment.

What an absolute blessing it's been to have Riley in our family's lives this past year. We joined a nanny share with another family in August of last year and we're gutted our time together is over now that our child will be in full time school. Riley is professional, nurturing, creative, trustworthy, kind, and very very fun. Under Riley's intentional care we saw our daughter grow in so many ways, but especially emotionally. I found myself learning from Riley in the way that she expertly navigates big feelings and tricky toddler situations. Our daughter has become much more resilient, empathetic of others, and self confident since we started share with Riley. I highly recommend contacting Riley to see if she's a fit for your family.
