Children are truly Riley's calling. She has worked full-time with our family for over a year, and has helped us raise our son Wyatt from infancy to rambunctious toddlerhood. Everyday, I am freshly impressed by the care and creativity with which she educates and nurtures him, as well as how thoughtfully she handles big emotions and life changes. She immerses herself in child psychology and childcare best practices, employing Montessori techniques that foster independence and encourage learning and growth. She successfully potty-trained Wyatt before he was two years old and now, at just 26 months, he can count and spell his own name. For most of the past year, we had a nanny share with another family and Carter deftly managed two infants-turned-toddlers for two days every week. I would highly recommend her.
