About Riley

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, trustworthy, and kind. I like working with kids because I enjoy being around children and seeing their personalities develop. I also like helping kids learn new things and helping them through challenges. I'm looking for a job that I can build positive relationships and be helpful towards both parents, children, and families. I started working with kids about 5 years ago. I was a student teacher for first grade, second grade, and special education elementary for two years. I have also babysat and nannied for family friends on occasion for the past few years. In my spare time, I like to be active in nature, such as hiking or running outdoors. I also enjoy reading books. One thing you should know about me is that I am very patient, especially with children. My skills include helping children with school work, playtime and participating in activities with children, and multi-tasking (cleaning or completing chores while babysitting children).
