About Riley

Hi! My name is Riley, and I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with a genuine love for working with children of all ages and abilities. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through patience, structure, and encouragement. In addition to my professional experience, I've volunteered at a special needs center, which has deepened my understanding of how to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for every child. As the oldest of three children, caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. I'm comfortable managing routines, helping with homework, planning engaging activities, and ensuring children feel heard and valued. Families can count on me to be responsible, attentive, and nurturing while keeping their children safe and happy. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the kids I care for and supporting their growth every step of the way.
