About Riley

About Me My name is Riley. I am seeking a consistent long-term position with a family. I earned my Associate's degree in Communications and plan to continue my education. My experience has helped me become patient, responsible, and organized. I enjoy spending time with children, keeping them engaged, and making sure they know we're a team. My approach to childcare is centered around the needs of each child while maintaining the routines, expectations, and parenting style established by their parents. I enjoy creating engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and confidence. I enjoy getting to know each child's interests and finding fun ways to incorporate them into our time together. I am responsible, dependable, patient, sympathetic, and understanding. Feel free to message me! I am flexible with my schedule as well.
