About Rikki

I'd describe my personality as patient and loving. I started working with kids when I worked in a preschool after graduating from Texas A&M University. I was a teacher for almost eight years and I'm now looking for a career as a nanny with a loving family. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, garden, play video games, and travel. We have two beautiful, rescue dogs and one ill-tempered senior cat. I love working with children of all ages and with all abilities. I have expereice working as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, second grade teacher, and most recently as a speical education teacher. I have my EC-8 Texas Teaching Cetification, my ESL supplemental Certification, my special education certification, and have also held a crisis prevention intervention certification while also in the classroom.
