About Rikka

I have worked in a home and day care center setting for 10 years collectively. I love children and animals. I enjoy teaching and learning new things along with children. I am comfortable with a variety of ages of children but most of my work has been with children under 4. I believe all children should have the space to be themselves and it is our job to help and guide them to be the best versions of themselves. Patience, empathy and communication are key to have for the relationship with myself and the children as well as for the relationship with myself and the caregivers. My job is to be a safe space for children so that they can learn and grow and be as healthy and happy as they can be.
