About Ric'kysha

Hi! My name is Ric'Kysha, and I'm a caring, dependable, patient, and nurturing childcare provider with hands-on experience working with children of different ages and abilities. I currently work in a Pre-K classroom, where I help create a safe, structured, engaging, and positive environment for young children. I'm also a mom of two, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust with your little ones. I treat every child with patience, kindness, and respect while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I enjoy educational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading, helping with routines, preparing simple meals and snacks, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. I'm comfortable following each family's individual routines and expectations and believe in maintaining open, respectful communication with parents.
