Hello my name is Ricki as a psychology major looking to develop as much experience in child development nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. My year of experience caring for children has solidified my commitment to fostering growth and development to the children I care for. I bring a patient and calm demeanor to every interaction, alongside a creative and imaginative approach to playtime. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, and I enjoy engaging them in outdoor sports and physical games. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day, using their preferred method.
