I have a college degree and working part-time for now eventually will go back to school to further my degree. Ricki was very hard to get in touch with. She messaged me saying she was interested and could assist with the hours I needed. When it came time to try and setup a time for her to come by, she never responded. I messaged her multiple times. Please do not say you are going to help and then not respond. Some of us need childcare for work, not date nights and when you say you can do something and then never reply, it puts us in a pinch.
