I'm currently working for a family with an almost 3 & 11-year-old which I've been caring for since March 2022. My experience started with caring for my sister who is 13 years younger. I have two daughters ages 31 & 29 and when my children were young I ran a childcare business from my home (6 under 2). I returned to childcare as a back up for my daughter, who is a nanny, 8 years ago. I'm looking to help on an as needed basis around my current schedule. Rickie was fantastic. I’ve used several sitters from the app and haven’t been able to trust anyone alone with them. Rickie came in and immediately starting caring for my grandkids as if they were her own children, actively participating in playing with them, changing diapers, etc. without being prompted.
