About Ria

Hi! I'm Ria, a UCLA student with experience working with children and teens in supportive, structured settings. I'm patient, attentive, and dependable, and I enjoy helping create a calm, positive environment where kids feel safe and cared for. I've spent several years mentoring and coaching students, which has helped me become comfortable supporting kids with homework, reading, communication skills, and daily routines. I enjoy engaging children in learning and creative activities and am also happy to help with light cooking and child-related tidying. Safety and communication are very important to me, and I always follow family routines and preferences. I'm looking for a position with some flexibility to quietly work on school assignments during appropriate downtime, while remaining fully attentive and responsive to the children.
