About Rianna

My previous job I managed, hired, and trained teaching assistants and camp counselors for educational programs and summer camps. Taught and assisted in various educational sessions for school, scout, and corporate groups. Developed and led scout programming, including Merit Badge Days and large council events. Showed leadership at on-site and off-site events, and handled summer camp administrative duties such as organizing registrations, health forms, and parent communication. Worked closely with the Camp Director on daily operations, staff management, and programming. Coordinated pre-season preparations, first day check-ins, and post-camp clean-up. Updated program manuals, guides, and safety procedures, and oversaw outdoor education and recreational programs. During my time here I worked very closely with children ages 3-14. Specifically with the 3-6-year-old age group where I was directly involved with creating an age appropriate curriculum/agenda.
