My tasks as a caregiver include promoting the well-being, health, safety, privacy and confidentiality of the patients. I ensure their satisfaction and comfort by effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily performing the following duties and responsibilities. Assist in the activities of daily living for Dementia , Alzheimer , Parkinson , Stroke, Hospice care, Post Op , Bed ridden patient care like personal hygiene/grooming, morning care or bed bathing, toileting, undressing/dressing. Assist patient in mobilization/walking , exercises and transferring. Monitor/recording vital signs and intake-output. Assure that medication given , hygienically prepared meals and served on time. Assist patients in eating or feeding them if necessary. Prevent bedsores by regularly turning bedridden patients. Prevent contraction in bedridden/paralyzed patients by regularly doing passive exercises, re-positioning and realigning. I have HCA , BLS CPR and First Aid Certified, TB result and some References.
