I met Rhonda when she was the caregiver of a dear friend of mine, Ginny. I've known Rhonda nearly the entire 4 years that she cared for her. She always encouraged my visits and gave us privacy when I entered my friends room. Rhonda was always attentive, kind, encouraging, and creative when providing care. She accurately provided the needed care and treatment including turning, positioning, reminding my friend to use the inspirometer to improve breathing, and provided showers per the schedule transferring Ginny via the Hoyer lift. Rhonda had other duties to fulfill on her shift and always did. As an RN, MSN myself I have great confidence in Rhonda, and would wish that she were my caregiver if the need were to arise..
