I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of respecting independence while providing support. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
