Hi, my name is Rhonda and I love helping seniors. I took care of my mother when she was diagnosed with early onset dementia and Alzheimer's until her death, a total of 15 years. I currently help take care of my 84-year-old father. He is in good health but needs occasional help. I am a certified personal fitness trainer with knowledge and experience in mobility, balance and stability. I have helped many seniors gain stability with hip, knee and shoulder and balance problems. I am also a certified nutritionist and have experience with special diets and personal nutrition needs. I can do meal prep and prioritize protein for muscular strength. I am CPR certified. I am a mother of four adult children and four sweet grand babies who all live away. Married for 37 years.

Rhonda is the most caring and loving mom of 4 children and I watched her care for her own mom for 15 years dealing with her Alzheimer's disease. She also took care of her son who was involved in a car accident with traumatic brain injury for many years. She recently took care of her husband a couple years ago recovering from a stroke. I would highly recommend her as a caregiver!
