Hello parents, I'm Rhina! I am a dedicated, patient, and energetic nanny with over 14+ years of experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, twins, and school-aged children. I hold CPR/FIRST AID certifications, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a degree in Early Childhood Development (24 units). My caregiving approach focuses on nurturing the whole child through outdoor exploration, creative indoor activities, engaging educational play, and watching them reach new milestones is incredibly fulfilling. I also love partnering with parents to create a safe, organized, and fun environment where children can thrive. Children have always been my passion, and I will continue doing what I love and broadening my experience. I am looking forward to bringing my nurturing approach to a wonderful long-term family.

Rhina brought the tenderness and care of a family member to our home for 6 months. She was absolutely amazing with our young daughter P. and  always looked forward to seeing her in the mornings. In fact, she would leap out of my husband&#39;s arms into hers! Any child would be lucky to have her in their life. In addition to the tenderness, Rhina was phenomenal with her schedule, kept a daily log, and helped us transition from formula to solids, including cooking fresh clean meals for our daughter. 

Rhina watched my baby full time for 5 months, since she was about 4 months old. Rhina was an excellent nanny. She is a true professional. She was very responsive and communicated well since Day 1. She helped my baby get on a great nap schedule, which allowed her to sleep well at night and during the day. She helped her with developmental milestones as well, including introducing solids. Rhina would also give her input and suggestions on how to care for Alina as she grew. Rhina was a great nanny!

Rhina has taken care of our 4 month old son for many date nights so far and we are so grateful we found her. She is very sweet, thoughtful, engaging, and caring, in her interactions with our son, my husband, and me. She has a very calming energy and speaks Spanish with our son, given our hope to raise him bilingual Spanish-English. She engages our son in play and conversation, and is always very responsive to our needs and requests. She is also comfortable with our large, friendly dog. She generously washes our bottles and my pump parts, and takes initiatives to do extra tasks, like reorganizing our son's bookshelf so now it looks beautiful! Our son is always very happy to play with her and be in her care. We are very excited to continue having Rhina care for our son in the evenings, and highly recommend her to other families.

Rhina watched our daughter(age 2 1/2)  for a whole month. Rhina consistently arrived at our home on time, ready to engage with our daughter with a smile on her face! This was the first time we have ever had anyone else care for my daughter besides myself. We were so nervous but Rhina made us all feel so safe and my daughter can not stop talking about Rhina and how she wants to go with her! We are truly going to miss her!! Wish we can keep her! 

Rhina  is intelligent, kind and a great listener. My daughter loves Rhina and look forward to spending time with her. That said, she always followed our directions in regard to our daughter’s needs.

Rhina is an amazing nanny and person! She has been our daughter's nanny for the past 1.5 years. She has been such a good caregiver, teacher, friend and positive influence for Zoe. Rhina is moving back to the Bay Area because she needs to be closer to her family - we wish she could stick around for Zoe because she has been the best nanny we could hope for. We will all miss her! Rhina joined our family almost 4 years ago when my first son was 6 months. Now, here we are with a preschooler and an almost 2 year old. Rhina is responsible and dependable. Throughout the pandemic she never failed our family. She's loyal and cares for my children as if they were her own. A balance between discipline and fun/nurture.

Rhina helped us out by watching our son while we were in town visiting friends. We all felt comfortable with her and were thankful she put in a long day to give us a much needed night out.

Rhina took care of our one year old for date night and it was superb. Our sometimes fussy girl played with her and went to bed without problems because she is so wonderful and sweet. Will definitely have her back. Fantastic!

We were in Sonoma for a wedding this past weekend- we had flown out from the NYC area and were nervous to hire a babysitter that we had never met before. Rhina was AMAZING- she was early,  fast to respond to any questions we had, and so sweet with our 5 month old.  Rhina babysat our son for two nights during the weekend in our hotel  room- she immediately put us at ease. Thank you Rhina for everything - we can't recommend you enough!

Rhina has cared for our son since he was 6 months old. She worked as our full time nanny for 1.5 years and continues to provide part time support for us. We have appreciated her maturity and unflappability. She is comfortable handling even young babies and quickly helped our son get into a better routine with his naps. She is very interactive with him and sings, reads, plays and spends lots of time outdoors which he loves. When he naps she always makes herself useful around the house by doing laundry or cleaning up the kitchen and tidying the house. She always helps pick up at the end of the day. We have felt very safe with her driving him around and taking him to museums, the library, parks, etc. She is kind, gentle and loving but will not give into the demands of a toddler so can be firm when she needs to be! She has become a member of our family over the past 2 years and our son absolutely adores her! We hope another family can use her services because she is truly wonderful!

Rhina has been watching my now 20 month old for date nights since October 2016. Our daughter had difficulty with separation anxiety and we had trouble finding a sitter that was confident and comfortable taking care of her. Rhina hung in there through some difficult evenings with our daughter who has now adjusted to us leaving her with Rhina every 2 weeks for a few hours. Rhina is very thoughtful, dependable and sweet. She cleans up toys and dishes and even got our daughter a Christmas gift. We love that she is bilingual too. 

Rhina is a very reliable, responsible, and trustworthy person. She takes good care of my two kids ( 9 and 6 ) for almost one year. She has a nurturing spirit, and built natural connection with my kids. She drives very safely, reads to children, and cooks very yummy meals ( my kids always eat up all food she made). If she comes back to my area, I like to have her again.

Rhina is an amazing nanny.  She worked with our two sons, ages 3 1/2 and 2, for about a year.  I really appreciate how reliable, kind, caring and experienced she is.  She also is a good communicator and followed our lead when it came to schedules, discipline, etc.  And she helped potty-train our older son!  We will always be grateful for Rhina being a part of our lives and our family.  Highly recommended.

Rhina is a natural caregiver and genuinely loves to be with infants. She began caring for our son when he was 5 months old and months later, we continue to see the beautiful relationship she has developed with him.  Our son was a difficult napper and with Rhina's patience and persistence, he now has structured nap schedule but is flexible on those days when he's sick or after he gets his shots. Our son was also a finicky eater and rejected all commercial formulas. Rhina quickly stepped in and helped us make homemade formula for him every other day.  She has helped babysit our 2 kids on date nights, helped with light housekeeping throughout day when our son is napping.  Any family would be lucky to have her.
