Hello, My name is Rhiana and I recently moved to Charlotte, NC graduating from the University of Central Florida studying Pediatric Medicine (Biology). My ultimate goal is life is to become the most free spirited, positive and outgoing Pediatrician a family can ask for. A little child care background information about myself.... I began working with children my 11th grade year in high school when I was taking Early Child Education, from there I continued to blossom in my work. I did some Pediatric care for sick children in Seville, Spain for about 6 months and then returned back to the United States to work for Orlando YMCA. The YMCA has been a joy working side by side with children in fine arts, math tutoring and arts and craft. If this information hasn't made you love me yet..... While still in school, about a year or so I became a Registered Chiropractor Assistant for an amazing company. Well, I hope I gave you enough insight about who I am.

Rhiana was amazing! So sweet and engaging. She cared for this anxious mama’s 3.5 month old and did a better job at putting her down to sleep than I do. She also discovered that my daughter was looking to self soothe and gave me some advice (which was asked for) at the end of the night for putting her down easier. Rhiana kept track of times and updated me frequently as requested and even gave medicine as directed. She’s the best! Hire her!
