My wife and I hired Renee to care for our 18 month old daughter. We hired Renee for her experience and knowledge and she did not disappoint. She worked so well with our daughter on her speech, while also being flexible on taking her to the playground and finding creative ways to play with her. Renee was a crucial part of our daughter’s development the past 8 months and we wouldn’t be at the great place we are now without her. She was a great resource to ask questions and get her perspective on how our daughter’s development is going. Our work schedule change caused us to have to let Renee pursue other opportunities but we wouldn’t hire her back in a second if we could!
