About Renee

Caring mom with over 20+ yrs. experience raising children. Additionally, I have 10+ yrs. experience as a children's pastor both in California and Arizona. In my position as children's pastor I planned, organized, and led all children's weekly activities for 60+ children. This included recruiting and training 35 volunteers, researching, and selecting all curriculum for K-6th grade classes, teaching large and small group lessons. Key focus was building relationships with children and parents, coaching during team conflict, and providing leadership training twice a year. Provided parenting classes and special events annually. Personally raised 3 children of my own so I have experienced with babies all the way through high school and beyond. Able to provide physical and emotional strength to parents and reinforce their values in a sensitive and compassionate way. Fun and playful adult who can take instruction and is reliable. I earned a BS in Psychology as well.
