Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the last 10 years, I've provided home health and personal care assistance, along with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and encouraging physical activity. My college degree has enhanced my ability to think critically and solve problems. I am CPR and First Aid trained. Building connections with care recipients is important to me. I achieve this by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method. Supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors is what I do best, and I look forward to bringing my skills and heart to your family.
